Description :

•Provide administrative support in terms of attendance and team performance monitoring.

•Assist the management team in regular performance appraisal of agents and ensure timely submission of evaluation reports.

•Assist in ensuring that the teams’ KPIs and deliverables are met.

•Provide mentoring to improve agent’s performance and follow-up information to assist coaching and support for management.

•Assist in implementing and properly observing company policies and house rules.

•Support in the conduct of operations in the current campaign assignment.

•Periodically facilitate training programs for new and current employees.

•Perform other administrative and supervisory duties as assigned.

Requirements :

· Minimum of 2 years of BPO experience (Outbound calls, Sales, and Telemarketing)
