Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Leadership & Supervision: Provides clear direction to team members regarding daily tasks; assists in scheduling and workload distribution.
• Staff Development: Monitors team performance and provides constructive feedback and coaching to improve skills and productivity.
• Operational Quality: Ensures the workspace/store remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety and health standards.
• Inventory & Asset Management: Assists in monitoring supplies, managing inventory records, and minimizing loss or shrinkage.
• Reporting & Compliance: Prepares daily operational reports and ensures all team activities strictly follow the Company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Customer/Stakeholder Service: Acts as a point of contact for inquiries and escalations, ensuring all concerns are resolved with a high level of professionalism.
