Cleckheaton, BD19 £13.50 per hour 7:00am - 3:30pm (flexibility required) 5 days out of 7, including weekend working on a rota basis

Our client is a well-established industrial greenhouse operation specialising in the growing and production of fresh produce. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit experienced Team Leaders and Assistant Team Leaders to support daily operations at their site in Cleckheaton (BD19).

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for motivating teams, maintaining productivity, and ensuring high standards of quality and safety are achieved throughout the operation.
