Job Description

Our client is a constituent of the FTSE and is searching for an Assistant Tax Manager to join the tax team in central London.

This business operates in over 40 countries across the Americas, Asia Pacific, and Europe & Africa. You will be joining a tax team of 7 people in the London office and report to Senior Tax Reporting and International Tax Manager. This is predominantly a UK corporate tax role but you will also be able to develop your international tax skills.


A few of your key responsibilities include:

  • Lead UK tax reporting processes across year-end and interim cycles, ensuring high-quality outputs aligned with Group requirements and working closely with Finance and external auditors

  • Manage UK tax compliance, including CT and CT61 filings, and oversee broader compliance requirements such as CFC reviews and SAO support
