Provide operational and administrative support to the Talent Acquisition function, with a primary focus on coordinating recruitment activities and building, managing, and maintaining a sustainable candidate pipeline for high-volume Assembler hiring. Ensure an efficient and compliant recruitment process by delivering exceptional candidate experience, conducting due diligence, maintaining accurate records and tracking, and supporting seamless hiring operations. Job duties:

Support the end-to-end recruitment process with a primary focus on Manufacturing direct labor (DLs) and indirect labor (IDLs) , including technical assessments, pre-employment medical checkups, documentation, and interviews coordination, among others. 

Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, coordinating all required recruitment steps and providing timely communication throughout the hiring process.
