Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with HR team to ensure account setup is completed for new hires and internal transfers, installing and configuring all necessary hardware, peripherals, operating systems, door access system, and applications
- Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades for OS and hardware.
- Maintain updated inventory list and documentation of all IT procedures and setup
- Ensure proper storage management of inventory items, extra parts, etc.
- Engaging computer users to determine the nature of any problems they encounter.
- Handle and manage Analogue and IP telephony, including handling of telco subscription and loan of telco set.
- Support and handle CCTV as part of first-level support with recommendations if required.
