Assistant Support Services Manager

NHS Fife is seeking a highly motivated, resilient and people‑focused individual to join the existing Support Services management team at Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy as an Assistant Support Services Manager.

Responsibilities

• Support operational management and delivery of domestic services in line with the National Cleaning Services Specification.
• Work closely with the Support Services Manager, Deputy and Assistant Managers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective and patient‑centred services.
• Provide positive, person‑centred leadership and engage the Domestic Services team, fostering positive working relationships with other team members and wider NHS Fife staff.
• Manage a large staff group: staffing resources, attendance and performance in line with NHS Fife values.
