You’ll be supporting overall responsibility of all relevant duties in the absence of the Shift Supervisor, reverting to substantive duties when in the shift leader’s presence whilst maintaining moral support. Key Job Accountabilities
- To act as Line Manager for Personnel working on the shift ensuring they are managed in accordance with Company Policies and Procedures (e.g. Health and Safety, return to work forms, Discipline and Grievance etc).
- Complete return to work forms and authorised/unauthorised forms in line with company guidelines.
