Assistant Supervisor, Docking‑Gul

Responsibilities- Assisting with docking/berthing operations
- Dock block arrangement
- Support services
- Planning & converting vessel docking plan to yard docking plan with Auto Cad
- Following up with owner on dock block inspections and obtaining approvals
- Undertaking pre‑docking and undocking meetings with clients
- Assisting with department's productivity and quality improvement exercises
- Preparation and presentation of monthly reports with the department
- Handling department's clerical/administrative work (preparation of docking/berthing plans, coordination of relevant meetings, etc.)
- Any other tasks as assigned by immediate superior.
- ITE Higher Nitec in Marine Engineering/Offshore Engineering (with 2 years’ experience in the maritime industry)
