Southern Trace Country Club, located in Shreveport, LA, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for an Assistant Superintendent! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. Compensation: $75,000 to $85,000 (Based on Experience) 


General Purpose:


Oversees the maintenance and construction of the golf course (or courses) and ensures that turf grass is repaired and maintained to established standards.


Essential Duties:

  • Works with the Superintendent to ensure that the annual golf course maintenance budget and capital plans are maintained and followed.
