Job Description
Take on a rewarding Assistant Superintendent role for 3 months, supporting a well-regarded General Contractor in the Lower Mainland. Engage in finishing stages of diverse institutional projects, shaping your career.
This established contractor is recognized for its successful projects, ranging from Community Centres to Ice Rinks. As an Assistant Superintendent, you will work closely with the Site Superintendent and lead trades in finishing work. This role is interim, with the possibility of a full-time position emerging in Q3/Q4 2027 based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Site Superintendent in project delivery
• Oversee finishing stages of new builds
• Manage deficiencies and project coordination
• Lead and supervise finishing trades and laborers
Requirements:
• Background as Assistant Superintendent or Foreman/Forewoman
• Drive to own and manage project scopes
