Assistant Superintendent

Job Description

As our Assistant Superintendent, you’ll help to lead day-to-day construction activities, enforce safety and quality standards, and partner closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to drive projects across the finish line - on time, on budget, and with the craftsmanship our reputation depends on.

• Continuously monitor project budget and forecasting to the individual phase code level and cost type for potential gains and losses
• Provide leadership and direction for all project activities and tasks, ensuring project outcomes are delivered successfully and in compliance with all contracts and client needs
• Ensure clear communication of project-specific roles and responsibilities for all site personnel. Provide regular and respectful feedback for all under your direction
• Monitor company equipment and supplies to ensure the needed equipment is where it’s required.
