Trillium Construction is now hiring an Assistant Superintendent in Dwight, IL.

Our client is a top solar contractor specializing in large utility scale solar projects across the country. They are now hiring for an Assistant Superintendent and a Safety for their project in Dwight, IL. This is a contracted position working Mon-Sat, paying up to $2,000 per week!

Duties:

-Implement and enforce site-specific safety programs, policies, and procedures in compliance with OSHA and company standards.

-Conduct daily safety meetings, toolbox talks, and site inspections.

-Identify potential hazards and coordinate corrective actions with site leadership.

-Maintain safety logs, incident reports, and corrective action documentation.
