Assistant Superintendent / Cleaner

Foresight Recruitment Group is helping our client find an Assistant Superintendent / Cleaner for an apartment building in the Leaside neighbourhood of Toronto .

This is a live-in role .

This is a good job for someone who is reliable, hard-working, and takes pride in keeping a building clean and safe.

You will be part of a great team and work in a friendly community with good schools.

What You’ll Do:

• Clean hallways, stairs, lobbies, laundry rooms, entrances, and common areas
• Sweep and mop floors
• Vacuum carpets and runners
• Clean glass, doors, railings, ledges, and other surfaces
• Empty garbage and keep garbage areas clean
• Pick up litter around the property
• Help keep laundry rooms clean
• Report repairs, safety issues, or supply needs
• Help the Superintendent when needed
