Consultant: Anneke Viviers Job Description Assist the Stores Manager with the daily management of inventory, warehouse, and stores operations. Monitor stock levels and coordinate stock replenishment to support uninterrupted production. Oversee the receiving, storage, issuing, and dispatch of materials, spare parts, and consumables. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock counts and reconciliations. Supervise stores personnel, allocate daily tasks, and support staff training and development. Liaise with procurement to manage stock requirements and resolve shortages. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company procedures. Prepare inventory reports and support internal and external audits. Maintain warehouse housekeeping and contribute to operational improvements. Qualifications Matric (Grade 12).
