Assistant Store Manager

Seeking all beauty enthusiasts!!! Our Client, Clore Beauty, is hiring an ASM for their Bloor Street. This role would serve as second in command to the Store Manager and be a part of a leadership team of 5. Scheduling is flexible - 1 closing shift/week + 1 weekend/month. We want to find someone who can be our next SM as they have new locations opening soon!

Position Summary

The Assistant Store Manager plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and maintaining operational excellence. This role assists the Store Manager in leading a high-performing team, coaching staff, and upholding brand standards.
