We’re chasing an Assistant Store Manager who brings the energy, leads from the front and knows how to rally a team of 60+ in a fast, high-traffic Westfield store.

We’re looking for someone who’s led 30+ before, live and breathe customer experience, get stuck in on the floor and thrive on smashing KPIs, with a sharp commercial eye.

Ready for a step up or already in the role, if you’ve got maturity, drive and love a challenge, this is your arena!
