Our client is recruiting for an Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, strong sales performance, effective team leadership, and efficient stock management. The role assists in driving profitability while maintaining the highest standards of merchandising, housekeeping, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the retail store.
  • Lead, motivate and supervise the sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer queries professionally.
  • Ensure the store is well-presented and visual merchandising standards are maintained.
  • Manage stock receiving, replenishment, stock counts and inventory accuracy.
