JOB DESCRIPTION :

  • Responsible for customer's overall in-store experience by providing customer service, understanding customer's needs, recommending suitable apparel based on customer's needs, and offering an alternative to customers.
  • Promotes sales through positive customer service efforts
  • Keep the store organized and clean
  • Works under varying schedules
  • Actively maintains a global brand image.
  • Lead and manage store meetings
  • Manage daily store operations
  • Responsible for operation reports
  • Lead the team in achieving target sales

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Graduate of a 4-year course
  • Preferably with at least 2-3 years of experience as a store manager in a retail/clothing store
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Team player and can handle work in a fast-paced environment
