Assistant Store Manager - Operations & Team Leader

MAXIS Malaysia is looking for a candidate to assist the Head of Management Committee (HoMC) in achieving store sales and service targets. You will support daily operations, manage inventory and cash handling, and ensure compliance with operational procedures.

The role involves coaching the store team for high performance and ensuring a smooth customer experience. You will also monitor store performance metrics and act as a second-in-command during the HoMC's absence.
