About the Role
As an Assistant Manager at Boots Opticians, you will lead and inspire your team to deliver an exemplary customer journey. You will partner with the Store Manager to create and deliver the commercial plan that drives business growth and positive change. Working across the whole store, you will be involved in customer service, store operations and clinical activities such as patient pre‑screening, dispensing, accuracy checks and more.
You will manage a team with a variety of experience and clinical knowledge, providing development opportunities and performing management tasks including creating and maintaining rotas, return‑to‑work reviews and performance management.
Boots will support you with the industry‑leading ‘Step into Optics’ training programme and other leadership development opportunities to build your clinical and managerial skills.
