Assistant Store Manager

Dollarama is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join their team in Brampton, Ontario . In this role, you'll work closely with the Store Manager to keep daily operations running smoothly, support and develop your team, and ensure customers have a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of daily store operations
• Supervise and motivate store associates to deliver consistent, quality customer service
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating staff shifts to meet operational needs
• Train new team members and contribute to ongoing staff development
• Manage merchandise presentation, restocking, and backroom organization
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock counts and ordering processes
