We are seeking an experienced and inspiring Assistant Store Manager to join our Boca Raton team.
Michelle Farmer is a Made in the USA luxury women’s wear brand known for effortless chic design, exceptional craftsmanship, and an elevated client experience. Each piece is lovingly created in our West Palm Beach atelier and sold through our boutiques in Southampton, Palm Beach, The Boca Raton, and Mizner Park.
About the Role
The Assistant Store Manager partners closely with the Store Manager to lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing sales team while driving consistent revenue growth and delivering an exceptional luxury client experience.
