In this role, you'll report to the Site Superintendent while overseeing project execution and timelines. Your responsibilities include inspecting work quality, mentoring team members, and problem-solving on-site conflicts. As a key point of communication, you will help align goals with crew leads and trade partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate field activities on-site
• Inspect subcontractor work for quality and adherence to schedule
• Promote safety standards and ensure compliance among team
• Assist in scheduling concrete work and other disciplines
• Update daily reports and documentation for the Superintendent
