Residential Developer with a strong pipeline of housing schemes across Essex, they are looking for an Assistant to join an on going project consists of both traditional build and timber frame.
Role Overview
As Assistant Site Manager, you will work closely with the Site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations on a busy housing site. You will play a key role in ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the management of subcontractors and trades on site
* Ensure all work is carried out in line with health & safety regulations
* Monitor progress against programme and report any delays
* Conduct site inductions and toolbox talks
* Support quality control procedures and carry out inspections
* Maintain accurate site records and documentation
* Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams
