Assistant Site Manager

A quality-driven, award-winning residential developer is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join their team on a new housing development.

Working closely with the Site Manager, you will play a key role in driving the successful delivery of this residential scheme. You will assist in overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring the project is delivered on time, to the highest standards of quality, and in full compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Site Manager in the delivery of the housing development
  • Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and directly employed labour
  • Maintain exceptional standards of quality across all stages of construction
  • Ensure strict adherence to health & safety procedures and legislation
  • Liaise regularly with NHBC and Building Control
