A successful principal contractor, who are going places in the residential sector are looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join their team on residential projects across North & West London.
They’re ideally looking for someone with a Civil / Structural / Mechanical Engineering background — someone who knows the difference between “that’ll do” and “that’s actually right”.
The role will involve:
Supporting the Site Manager with programme & site logistics
Coordinating subcontractors and trades
Quality control, snagging & finishing
Assisting with H&S and site paperwork (yes… that part too)Ideal background:
Engineering-led (Civils / Structural / Mechanical)
Residential experience preferred
Organised, proactive, and calm under pressure
