The Role
As the Assistant Manager, you will lead a talented team of bridal stylists in a beautiful Cannington showroom and oversee the day-to-day operations of the boutique.
Your role will involve:
- Inspiring and supporting your team to deliver a premium bridal experience for every client
- Managing all aspects of showroom operations, including rostering, stock control, and merchandising
- Providing expert advice to brides, drawing on a thorough knowledge of the gown collection
- Driving sales performance and achieving team KPIs, while supporting the Sales Manager on the showroom floor
- Ensuring the boutique maintains impeccable presentation and meets operational excellence standards
- Balancing operational leadership with hands-on support in-store to enhance customer connections and showroom conversions
- Supporting and developing your team through training, coaching, and feedback
