The role involves coordinating with Category and Channel teams to ensure timely closure of Shikhar Ops. The individual will lead end-to-end execution of monthly plans through effective activations and engagement strategies. A strong understanding of the GT ecosystem is essential, as customer centricity will be a key focus area. The person will be responsible for driving the overall funnel (transacting) and channel sales performance. Strong stakeholder management skills are required, as the role involves working closely with diverse internal teams.

Main Responsibilities:

Include driving category JTBDs by creating BU properties. Increasing engagement, collaborating with Shikhar CMT and branch counterparts to ensure smooth business operations.
