Logoplaste is looking for an Assistant Shift Leader for our plant in Elst (Gld.). For this position it is essential that you have strong leadership skills and experience in a production environment. You will report directly to the Shift Leader and work within a production team totaling people.

Tasks / Responsibilities

  • Reports to the Shift Leader and works within a production team of a total of people.

  • Acting for the Shift Leader during his/her absence.

  • Provides support, guidance and assistance to team members in all areas of the production process. Analyzes production and quality to identify problems.

  • Performs product changes, such as mold conversions.

  • Works closely with Process Engineers and the Quality, Warehouse and TD departments, focusing on effective communication.
