Reporting to the Head of Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all village services, catering operations, accommodation services, housekeeping, and associated support functions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage large multidisciplinary catering and village services teams.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality catering, accommodation, housekeeping, and hospitality services.
Drive operational performance through effective workforce planning, rostering, and resource management.
Maintain compliance with food safety, HACCP, health and safety, and contractual requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and site leadership teams.
Monitor operational performance through reporting, analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Coach, mentor, and develop team members to achieve operational and service excellence.
Ensure a safe, inclusive, and engaged workplace culture.
