Assistant Security Manager

Working Hours: 09:00 to 19:00, 4 on / 4 off shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays

Contracted Hours: Average of 35.1 hours per week

Salary: Starting salary of £27,000, with potential earnings of up to £40,000 through available overtime, subject to operational demand and hours worked

About the Role

VIP Security (Essex) Ltd is looking for a professional, organised and experienced SIA-licensed Assistant Security Manager to support our operations leadership team.

This role has become available due to internal progression, as our current Assistant Security Manager is moving into another role within the company.

This is a varied operational role based at our Wickford Head Office. You will assist with the day-to-day coordination of security services across multiple contracts, including staff supervision, rota planning, site visits, inspections, administrative duties and operational support during assigned shifts.
