Assistant Security Manager, Toronto Raptors

Job Title

The Manager, Team Security supports the safety and security of players, coaches, basketball operations staff, and team assets. This role reports to the Director of Security and assists with the planning and execution of team security operations, event security, protective services, and threat management.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel with the team and provide security support for players and staff during games, practices, events, and team travel.
• Coordinate security operations at hotels, airports, training facilities, arenas, and other team-related venues.
• Conduct advance security assessments and develop risk mitigation plans for team travel, events, and player appearances.
• Monitor, assess, and respond to security threats, incidents, and emergency situations affecting team personnel or operations.
