Job Description

The Standard, Singapore is looking for an experienced and hands-on Assistant Security Manager to lead our Security team.


Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the implementation of security policies, procedures and emergency response plans

• Supervising, training and guiding Security Executives and Officers

• Conducting security assessments and supporting corrective actions

• Overseeing CCTV, access-control and alarm-system requirements

• Coordinating emergency drills and preparedness activities

• Investigating incidents and maintaining accurate reports and records

• Working closely with Operations, Human Resources, Engineering, government authorities and law-enforcement agencies

• Ensuring compliance with relevant Singapore laws, licensing requirements and industry standards
