Assistant Security Manager

Equans is looking for an Assistant Security Manager to join our team at University of West London, Saint Mary's Road, Ealing W5 5RF, on a permanent basis. This is a full‑time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is an annual salary of £42,058.00 per annum and a benefits package.

Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, 6 am–3 pm.

What will you deliver?

You will support the delivery of a comprehensive, customer‑focused security service at the University of West London. You will be responsible for assisting in the overall management and coordination of security, reception (front of house), and car parking services across the university estate. The service operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, requiring a strong and consistent management presence to ensure safety, efficiency, and service excellence.
