The Sherwin-Williams Assistant Manager Trainee Program is an accelerated, entry‑level position designed to prepare current employees for a Store Management role in 18‑24 months. With Sherwin‑Williams’ promote‑from‑within philosophy, you will progress into an Assistant Store Manager role upon successful completion of the initial 6‑8‑week training. During the program you will collaborate with store management to oversee a million‑dollar business, learn all operations, and develop strategy while selling to large commercial users such as painting contractors, manufacturers, and other high‑volume customers.
