Overview


The Assistant Sales Manager (ASM) is responsible for supporting the Sales Manager and the Sales Team in achieving profitability, performance results, and customer satisfaction in the sales department of the dealership. The ASM helps to shape the sales environment, supports the strategy, builds local customers’ trust and loyalty, and assists with overseeing all day-to-day sales related operations. Success in this role requires understanding the local market, managing sales personnel, sales, and creating a culture where all staff deliver the best customer service.
