SES & technologies ltd. seeks the services of an Assistant Sales Manager, for full-time employment. You will be working as part of our sales team, carrying out the following activities:

  • Preparing invoices and quotes.
  • Maintaining SES’s customer database.
  • Preparing and checking sales contracts and amendments (based on templates).
  • Respond to customer service, sales and support inquiries, both written and over the phone.
  • Participate in preparation of sales and marketing materials.
  • Assist in various other administrative tasks.
  • Requirements

  • Well organized, efficient and, especially, meticulous.
  • Acceptable written and spoken French.
  • Very good knowledge of English due to documentation and communications with customers who are about 95% outside Quebec
  • At ease with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
  • Strong basic math skill...
