Position: Assistant Sales Manager - Solar Industry

Location: Korangi, Karachi

Responsibilities:

• Conduct solar site surveys to identify the potential for solar power generation at customer site.
• Create and execute strategic sales plan that expands our customer base.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager in leading a high-performance sales team through recruitment, training, and mentorship.
• Achieve company objectives by setting and achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships.
• Assist in developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue growth and market expansion objectives.
• Monitor day-to-day sales activities, including identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
