We are on behalf of an International Transportation company looking for Assistant Sales Manager position located in HCMC. The position shall report to Sales & Marketing Senior Manager


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Searching for and exploiting new customers, offer to sell freight forwarding and logistics services (road, sea, air ...) of the company to expand customer system.
  • Supervising and guiding the sales team as well as providing incentives to motivate staff to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitoring the performance of the sales team to reach the annual sales target.
  • Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers.
  • Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
  • Regularly attending sales meetings and training sessions.
  • Performing all duties of the Sales Manager in cases of absence or emergency.
