Job Description
Position Summary:
The Assistant Sales Manager is responsible for leading high-level prospecting and sales activities for End-of-Line (EOL) Automation and advanced warehousing automation solutions within the assigned territory.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive Product Knowledge – Acquire in-depth expertise in Signode’s Automation and Warehousing solutions/applications to effectively promote and sell high-performance automation systems, often integrated with End-of-Line Packaging Automation.
- Sales Activity Management – Oversee prospecting, customer outreach, and networking to develop new business opportunities. Conduct sales meetings, product presentations, and lead generation initiatives.
- Pre-Sales Research & Solution Development – Analyze customer processes, collect relevant data, and collaborate with the Solution Engineering team to conceptualize and present optimized automation solutions.
