Dockside Restaurant at the Granville Island Hotel is looking for a full-time Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team. Located on the waterfront of Granville Island, Dockside offers a distinct Vancouver dining experience with stunning views of False Creek, the downtown skyline, and the North Shore Mountains.


About the role:


  • Support the Restaurant Manager and Director of Food & Beverage with day-to-day front-of-house operations, including service supervision for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events.




  • Lead by example on the floor: greet and engage guests, resolve concerns, and ensure a consistently warm, professional guest experience.




  • Assist with hiring, training, coaching, and scheduling FOH teams to maintain high standards of service and teamwork.
