The responsibility of
Assistant Restaurant Manager (ARM):

  • Actively supports sales growth initiatives by recommending and implementing Packaged Program promotions aligned with store sales strategies.
  • Ensures effective execution of store programs to drive operational excellence and sales results.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in any course/s.
  • 1–2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or QSR
  • Strong customer focus, decision‑making, and people management skills
  • Knowledgeable in store operations, compliance, sales, and profitability drivers
