What You'll Own
- Support the Restaurant General Manager in driving operations, performance, and guest satisfaction.
- Lead by example on the floor, ensuring exceptional service standards at all times.
- Oversee the flow between kitchen and service, ensuring seamless execution.
- Maintain and enforce SOPs and quality standards across the team.
- Take full leadership of the outlet in the absence of the Line Manager.
- Engage with guests, gather feedback, and turn insights into actionable improvements.
