Job Description
- Responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant ensuring cleanliness, service quality, order accuracy, and promotional efforts
- Laising with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless coordination and guest satisfaction
- Supports the Restaurant Manager by overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of customer service and food quality
- Managing staff, controlling inventory and costs, and enforcing health and safety regulations
- Supervise all restaurant activities, from opening to closing, and ensure smooth coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
- Prior supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is often required.
