Assistant Resident Engineer

Location: Eastern Cape – Msikaba River Bridge site REPORTS TO: Resident Engineer and Chief Resident Engineer PRIMARY POSITION PURPOSE We are currently seeking a Senior Assistant Resident Engineer and/or Resident Engineer (Construction Programmer) to participate in the construction supervision of one of the largest bridges in South African history. The role will primarily involve extensive and detailed construction programme monitoring, reporting and support to the Resident Engineer in contract administration for our project at the Msikaba River Bridge site. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Main duties may include, but not limited to, some of the following: Detailed programme monitoring of the construction programming (CCS Candy), Managing technical and/or contractual aspects on site.
