Assistant Recruitment Manager

Rixos Phu Quoc is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Recruitment Manager to join our Talent & Culture team. Reporting directly to the Recruitment Manager, this role will support the execution of the resort’s recruitment strategy and play an active role in the full end-to-end recruitment process to attract, select, and onboard top talent across all departments.

The Assistant Recruitment Manager will be responsible for supporting workforce planning and coordinating hiring needs in collaboration with department heads. From job posting and sourcing to screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination, this role will be fully involved throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle.
