We require an to work with our Irish consultancy business unit. This role will work with key infrastructure projects across Ireland. The ideal candidate will have exposure to water, energy and transportation projects. 

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Sourcing talent to meet business needs.
  • Promoting internal mobility and referrals.
  • Using diverse sourcing channels effectively.
  • Screening candidates for internal and external review. 
  • Providing clear, constructive candidate feedback.
  • Partnering with recruitment leadership and hiring managers throughout the process.
  • Ensuring compliance and accurate TA systems.
