About the Role

Pranam Recruiters is seeking a dynamic and target-oriented Recruitment Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support hiring requirements across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases.
  
• Screen and shortlist profiles as per client requirements.
  
• Conduct telephonic interviews and candidate assessments.
  
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
  
• Follow up with candidates until successful joining.
  
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
  
• Build talent pipelines for ongoing and future requirements.
  
• Achieve monthly hiring and placement targets.
