Responsibilities

  • Assisting with tendering and pricing new works
  • Preparing and managing Schedules of Rates
  • Producing accurate and professional client reports
  • Placing orders for materials and subcontract services
  • Liaising with and coordinating subcontractors
  • Assisting with final accounts and project cost control
  • Supporting value engineering and commercial best practice across projects

  • What We're Looking For


  • Experience in a Quantity Surveying role (assistant or trainee level considered)
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage tasks across multiple live projects
  • A proactive attitude with a desire to learn and progress
  • Experience with refurbishment projects is beneficial
